Today in OU History

Oklahoma amazingly scored 179 points in a game vs. Kingfisher College in 1917, winning 179-0.

Bud Wilkinson’s OU squad defeated defending national champs USC by a final of 17-12 in 1963.

In a 2008 35-10 win over TCU, WR Manuel Johnson became first Sooner to have 200 receiving yards in a game.
